Abstract:

Práce pojednává o tématech rysové emoční inteligence a prosociální osobnosti. Cílem teoretické části je seznámit se s emoční inteligencí, především pak s modelem emoční inteligence jako rysu osobnosti a jeho srovnání s modely odlišnými. Náležitostí další části je pojednání o prosociálním chování, jeho determinantech, a modelu prosociální osobnosti. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu obou zmíněných témat na souboru 136 vysokoškolských studentů ekonomické fakulty Vysoké školy Báňské. Pro zjištění úrovní a vztahů mezi emoční inteligencí a prosociální osobností byly využity dvě 30 položkové standardizované metody - Dotazník rysové emoční inteligence (TEQ-SF) a Baterie prosociální osobnosti (PSB). Práce je z části porovnána se studií českých psychologů (viz. Mlčák, Cabák, & Nečekalová, 2016), ve které autoři zkoumali stejné koncepty. Byly prokázány vzájemné statisticky významné souvislosti mezi proměnnými dotazníků i statisticky významné rozdíly proměnných mezi muži a ženami. Zároveň byla prokázána signifikantní provázanost emoční inteligence jako osobnostního rysu a prosociální osobnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis focused on topics of trait emotional intelligence and prosocial personality. The aim of the theoretical part is to acquaint with emotional intelligence, especially with the model of emotional intelligence as a personality trait and its comparison with different models. The next part focuses on prosocial behavior, its determinants and model of prosocial personality. The research part presents the results of the quantitative research of the two mentioned topics on the group of 136 university students of the Faculty of Economics at Báňská University. To determine the levels and relationships between trait emotional intelligence and prosocial personality, two 30 item standardized methods were used - the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEQ-SF) and the Prosocial Personality Battery (PSB). The work is partly compared to the study of czech psychologists (see Mlčák, Cabák, & Nečekalová, 2016). In which the authors examined the same concepts. There were mutually statistically significant correlations between the variables of the questionnaires and the statistically significant differences between men and women. At the same time, a significant interconnection of emotional intelligence as a personality trait and prosocial personality has been demonstrated.
