Dopady postindustriální transformace společnosti po roce 1989 vedly téměř k zániku textilního průmyslu v Ústeckém kraji. Připomínkou dříve rozvinutého textilního průmyslu je množství textilních areálů, které jsou v nemálo případech zdevastovány a jsou charakterizovány jako brownfieldy. The impact of postindustrial transformation of the society after the year 1989, has almost lead to the extinction of the textile industry in Usti region. A reminder of previously developed textile industry is a number of textile sites, that are, in a number of cases, devoted and they are characterized as brownfields.
