The Theft in Roman law and its consequences
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with a theft in Roman law and its consequences. It describes an evolution of a theft as a civil delict in consideration of the consequences associated with commission of theft in Roman law.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá krádežou v rímskom práve a jej následkami. Opisuje vývoj krádeže ako civilného deliktu s prihliadnutím na následky, aké sa v rímskom práve so spáchaním krádeže spájali.
