Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu rozhodnutí ve věcech úpravy styku rodiče s nezletilým dítětem. První část se věnuje základním zásadám a pojmům. Další kapitoly se pak věnují samotnému výkonu rozhodnutí a jednotlivým způsobům výkonu rozhodnutí. Samostatná kapitola je věnována související činnosti OSPODu a soudu. This Diploma Thesis deals with problematics of execution of the decision in cases of parent-child contact. The first part is devoted to basic principles and terms. In the following chapters is discussed in detail the execution of decisions and individual ways of execution. A separate chapter is devoted to the related activities of OSPOD and the court.
