Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku stravování a stravovacích návyků budoucích gastronomů. Teoretická část definuje stravovací služby, stravovací návyky, zdravou výživu a složky potravy. Abstract:
Diploma work is focused on diet and eating habits future gastronomes. The theoretical part defines catering sevices, eating habits, nutrition and food ingredients. There is also mention of modern cuisine, which is nowadays not only affects eating habits. The practical part includes analysis of the eating habits of future gastronomes High School gastronomy and business in Zlín.
