Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku mimořádných událostí v dopravních systémech, jejich charakteristiku a klasifikaci. V první části popisuje jejich rozdělení v drážní dopravě a přítomnost vyšetřujících orgánů včetně jejich veškerých aktivit. V praktické části se pak zabývá jejich analýzou. V závěru jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení řešení těchto událostí.

Abstract:

The study concentrates to the problems of exceptional events in traffic system, their characteristics and classification. First part describes their distribution in the rail transport and presence of investigative bodies, including all their activities. Finally, there are described suggestions of improvement of the events solution.
