Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou kriminalistické trasologie, a sestává z teoretické a praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá zejména rozdělením trasologických stop, způsobům jejich zviditelňování a zajišťování. Dále zahrnuje popis trasologického identifikačního systému TRASIS a úvahy nad postavením trasologie v procesu dokazování trestné činnosti a nad možným vývojem trasologie. V praktické části práce je popsán postup změření stop a výpočet tělesné výšky na základě změřených hodnot s vyhodnocením dosažených výsledků. Přínos práce je v možnosti jejího využití jako zdroje informací.

Abstract:

This thesis covers the issue of criminalistic trasology, and consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The practical part deals mainly with the classification of traceological traces, methods of their visualization and their securing. It also includes a description of the TRASIS traceological identification system and considerations on the position of trasology in the process of proving criminal activity and on the possible development of trasology. The practical part of the thesis describes the procedure of measuring traces and calculating body height based on the measured values with an evaluation of the results obtained. The contribution of the thesis is in the possibility of its use as a source of information.
