Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje proces zrušení obchodní společnosti soudem a následnou likvidaci. Je zaměřena na likvidaci společností. Cílem bylo popsat postup likvidace společnosti a upozornit na možné problémy. V další části diplomové práce popisuji činnosti likvidátora v obchodní společnosti. Záměrem této diplomové práce je přispět k porozumění dané problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the process of liquidation of a company by a court and subsequent liquidation. The thesis is targeted on a companies liquidation. The aim of this thesis is to describe the liquidation procedure and to point out the potential problems that could occur during liquidation.
