Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou 5 učebnic prvouky, 3 učebnic přírodovědy, 6 učebnic přírodopisu, 3 učebnic biologie a 10 učebnic chemie na téma vitaminy a "minerály". V teoretické části jsou srovnávány analyzované učebnice ZŠ (nakladatelství Alter, Fortuna, Fraus, Nová škola, Prodos a SPN) a SŠ (nakladatelství Didaktis, Fragment, Olomouc, Pavko, Scientia a SPN). Z učebnic bylo vybráno 10 nejčastěji vyskytujících se vitaminů a 5 minerálních látek. K této problematice byla provedena rešerše aktuálních citačních zdrojů a vybrané látky byly charakterizovány. U každého vitaminu a minerálu jsou zpracovány zdroje a význam v našem těle, metabolismus, projevy nedostatku a nadbytku, doporučené denní dávky a zajímavosti. Z analyzovaných učebnic bylo prakticky ověřeno a zdokumentováno 8 pokusů. Bylo zpracováno 16 teoretických a 5 praktických výukových karet. Ke zpracování výukových karet byly použity vlastní fotografie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of five textbooks of elementary science, three textbooks of natural science, six textbooks of natural history, three textbooks of biology and 10 textbooks of chemistry on the topics of vitamins and minerals. The theoretical part compares the analyzed textbooks of primary schools (Alter,Fortuna, Fraus, New School, Prodos and SPN) and secondary schools (Didaktis, Fragment, Olomouc, Pavko, Scientia and SPN). The ten most frequently occurring vitamins and five "minerals" were selected from the textbooks. A recherche of current citation sources was carried out on this issue and selected substances were characterized. For each vitamin and mineral are processed its sources and importance in our body, metabolism, manifestations of deficiency and excess, recommended daily doses and remarkable facts. Eight experiments were practically verified from the analysed textbooks and documented. Sixteen theoretical and five practical learning cards were processed. My own photographs were used for processing of the educational cards.
