Banking Agreements and their Practical Implementation

Abstract:

Název mé bakalářské práce je „Bankovní smlouvy a jejich využití v praxi“. Téma bankovních smluv je velmi zajímavé, smlouvami se uzavírají bankovní obchody dle právních předpisů a deklaruje se vztah smluvních stran. Cílem práce je rozbor některých bankovních smluv podle občanského zákoníku a srovnání smluv o vkladových účtech podle právní úpravy v České republice a Republice Kazachstán. V práci jsou používány metody rozboru bankovních smluv a zejména v praktické části metoda srovnání smlouvy o vkladovém účtu v České republice a Republice Kazachstán.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Banking contracts and their use in practice". The topic of banking contracts is very interesting, banking transactions are concluded by contracts according to legal regulations and the relationship of the parties is declared. The aim of the thesis is to analyze some bank contracts according to the Civil Code and to compare the deposit account agreements according to the legislation in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The methods of analyzing bank contracts are used in the thesis, and, particularly in the practical part, the method of comparison of the deposit account contract in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan was applied.
