Magisterská diplomová práce se věnuje otázkám horizontální genderové segregace ve školství. Klade si otázku, proč existují obory, které si volí převáženě chlapci nebo převážně dívky. Na tuto problematiku se práce dívá především genderovou optikou a uvažuje o vlivu rozdílné socializace chlapců a dívek. The thesis concerns the questions of horizontal gender segregation in education system. It inquires why there are field of study preferring mainly boys or girls. It aims the problem from the perspective of gender and reflects on the influence of different socialization of boys and girls.
