Costing of contracts of Správa a údržba silnic Slovácka, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá kalkulací nákladů zakázek pro podnik Správa a údržba silnic Slovácka, s.r.o. Cílem práce je zvýšení hospodárnosti podniku díky vytvoření systému kalkulací, který by umožnil zjištění plných nákladů zakázek a umožnil lepší řízení jejich efektivnosti. V teoretické části práce budou vysvětleny pojmy a budou představeny aktuální poznatky z oblasti kalkulací. V praktické části práce bude analyzován stávající systém kalkulací, následně bude vytvořen nový. V závěru práce bude porovnána reálná zakázka podniku se zakázkou kalkulovanou novým systémem.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the costing of contracts for the company Správa a údržba silnic Slovácka, s.r.o. The goal of the work is to increase the profitability of the company by creating a costing system that would allow the identification of the full cost of contracts and enable better management of their efficiency. In the theoretical part of the thesis, all needed concepts will be explained and current knowledge in the field of costing will be presented. In the practical part of the thesis the existing costing system will be analysed and then a new one will be created. At the end of the thesis a real contract carried out by the company will be compared with the contract calculated by the new system.
