Diplomová práce se zabývá dopady insolvenčního řízení, resp. jeho jednotlivých fází, na obchodní závazkové vztahy a instituty. The thesis deals with the impact of insolvency proceedings, respectively its individual phases, on business obligations and institutes. The aim of the thesis is to identify these institutes and obligations and subsequently, based on the case law and professional literature, to evaluate the specific effects of the insolvency proceedings initiated on their regime.
