Use of gel electrophoresis and chiral optical method for analysis of biologically important molecules
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním elektroforetické mobility hovězího, lidského a vaječného albuminu pomocí polyakrylamidové gelové elektroforézy. Jsou v ní optimalizovány experimentální podmínky agarózové gelové elektroforézy pro separaci fragmentů DNA fága lambda. Dále se práce zabývá porovnáním CD-spekter roztoků L- a D-formy tryptofanu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with comparison of electrophoretic mobility of bovine, human and egg albumin using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The experimental conditions of agarose gel electrophoresis for the separation of lambda phage DNA fragments were optimized. The thesis also deals with the comparison of CD-spektra of L- and D-tryptophan.
