Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou designu služeb. Mapuje vybrané metody designu služeb a následně je aplikuje na festivalu Colours of Ostrava. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. This diploma thesis deals with service design. It seeks to map selected methods of service design and apply to the Colours of Ostrava festival. The thesis is divided into two parts.
