Human plasma fractionation prior to Mass spectrometry analysis
Abstract:
V této práci jsem se zabýval vývojem techniky frakcionace krevní plazmy pomocí HPLC a ověřením její funkčnosti pro sledování hladin proteinů ve vzorcích od dvou pacientů po transplantaci hemapoetických buněk (s akutní GvHD a bez akutní GvHD).
Abstract:
In this thesis I dealt with development of technique of fractionation of human plasma by HPLC and i tested its function by messuring protein levels in samples of two patiants undergoing bone marrow transplantation (with acute GvHD and without acute GvHD).
