Identification of persons by handwriting
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku identifikace osob podle ručního písma a její postavení v trestním právu. Shrnuje historii písmoznalectví jeho vývoj a premisy o tom, jak tento obor bude vypadat v budoucnosti. Dále také rozebírá historii písma a metody, které se při identifiaci osob podle ručního písma používají.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of identification of persons based on handwriting and its position in criminal law. It summarizes the history of scriptology, its development and premises about how this field will look in the future. It also discusses the history of handwriting and the methods used to identify people based on handwriting.
