Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou úspěšnosti primárních akcií (tzv. IPO) na Burze cenných papírů Praha, a.s. od roku 2005. V teoretické části práce se zabývám především vymezením pojmů souvisejících s přípravou a realizací IPO. V praktické části práce pak použiji poznatky z teoretické části práce, které aplikuji na specifické podmínky primárních úpisů na českém kapitálovém trhu. Práce si klade …more

In my dissertation I analyze the success of Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Prague Stock Exchange, Inc. since 2005. The theoretical part deals with the particular definition which is related to the preparation and implementation of the IPO.
