Abstract:
Tato práce ve své teoretické části pojednává o ekologické variabilitě a diferenciaci rodu Myotis, jedné z nejrozšířenějších skupin savců. V práci je dále popsána distribuce a diverzifikace jednotlivých druhů na základě již zjištěných molekulárně ekologických studií. The theoretical part of this thesis focus to the description of the ecological variability and differentiation of one of the genus Myotis, one of the most diverse group of mammals. The distribution and diversification of individual species is described based on molecular ecology studies. The morphological adaptations related to ecology of particular species are also described.
