Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu návrhu instalace výdejních automatů nářadí a nástrojů do výrobního provozu vybraného podniku při využití metod lean managementu. Analýza popisuje současný stav a navrhuje zlepšení, přičemž přínosem je finanční úspora a modernizace procesů. Návrh investice je podpořen ekonomickým zhodnocením návratnosti. The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the design of the installation of tool and equipment vending machines in the production operation of a selected company using lean management methods.
