The process of family rehabilitation from the view of workers of social-activation services for families with children

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se v první části zabývám nefunkční rodinou, její definicí, vývojem a současným stavem. Zaměřuji se na rodinu v tíživé sociální situaci, která ovlivňuje rodičovskou identitu a péči o dítě. V následující kapitole se zabývám neziskovými organizacemi, které poskytují sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi, zaměřuji se na legislativu a blíže popisuji kdo je uživatelem těchto služeb, a jak spolupracují neziskové organizace s orgánem sociálně–právní ochrany dětí. V poslední části definuji klíčového sociálního pracovníka, který vystupuje v celém procesu sanace rodiny. Následuje stěžejní kapitola mé diplomové práce, která se zabývá sanací rodiny. V úvodu kapitoly definuji sanaci rodiny a její vývoj v České republice a k pochopení procesu sanace rodiny popisuji podmínky, úvodní fázi a definování cíle. Dále se zabývám sociálně–pedagogickým působením sociálního pracovníka v procesu sanace a pracovními nástroji, které se zaměřují na změnu tíživé sociální situace v rodině. Zmiňuji i negativními aspekty, které sanaci brzdí. V empirické části mé práce zjišťuji, jak vnímají sociální pracovnice sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi práci v procesu sanace rodiny. Cílem je u sociálních pracovnic zjistit, jaké mají pracovní cíle, jaké pracovní postupy využívají a jaká úskalí řeší během procesu sanace.

Abstract:

The first part of my diploma thesis deals with a dysfunctional family, its definition, development and a current life. It is focused on its difficult social situation which has an impact on parental identity and care of children. In the subsequent chapter of this thesis, I focus on non-profit organizations, legislation of providing social activation services and describing in details who is a user of these services and how the non-profit organizations cooperate with the body of social and legal protection of children. In the last part, I define a term “key social worker” who performs in the whole process of the family rehabilitation. After that, there is a principal chapter which is focused on the family rehabilitation process and its development in the Czech Republic. To help the understanding of the process, I describe conditions, an initial phase and definition of the aim. Then, I deal with a social-educational influence of the social worker in the process of rehabilitation and working tools which are used for coping the difficult situation of families. I mention also some negative aspects reducing the process of rehabilitation. In the empirical part of my thesis, I elaborate how social workers perceive their work in the process of family rehabilitation. The aim of my thesis is to find out their working goals, using methods and what difficulties they face during the process of family rehabilitation.
