Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na psychologii náboženství Carla Gustava Junga a Viktora Emanuela Frankla. Jak Jung, tak Frankl nahlížejí na náboženství jako na projev lidské duše a tuto skutečnost oba vidí jako dostatečný důvod pro to, aby se psychologie náboženstvím zabývala. Na základě své klinické praxe Jung dokonce došel k závěru, že v nevědomí nenáboženského člověka je možno nalézt náboženský rozměr, jenž je v jeho pojetí spjatý s archetypickou dynamikou. Frankl koncept religiozity, která pochází z nevědomí, dále rozpracovává, avšak přičítá tuto ?nevědomou religiozitu? duchovní stránce jedince. Oba se shodují v tom, že náboženství může na člověka působit psychoterapeuticky. V této práci nejprve představím osobnost obou badatelů, jejich osobní náboženské postoje a jejich psychologii. Těžištěm práce budou kapitoly zabývající se Jungovou a Franklovou psychologii náboženství. V rámci těchto kapitol bude také představen Jungův a Franklův pohled na náboženství ve vztahu k praktické rovině psychologie, k psychoterapii. Úkolem hlavní, závěrečné kapitoly, je komparace Jungovy a Franklovy psychologie náboženství. Jako zdroj pro toto porovnání mi poslouží informace uvedené v kapitolách o Jungově a Franklově psychologii náboženství. Porovnám, jak oba psychologové chápou roli náboženství v lidském životě a jak se dívají na vztah náboženství a smyslu života. Dále bude porovnáno Jungovo a Franklovo pojetí religiozity, ať už té vědomé či nevědomé. A nakonec porovnám jejich nahlížení na vztah náboženství a psychoterapie a vztah lékařské a kněžské péče o duši.

Abstract:

This thesis is aimed on the psychology of religion of Carl Gustav Jung and Viktor Emanuel Frankl. Both Jung and Frankl think of religion as a certain reflection of a human soul, which is according to them enough reason for psychology to be concerned with religion. Based on his clinical practice, Jung even took the view that in the unconscious mind of an unreligious person it is possible to find religious dimension, which is in his conception connected with archetypic dynamics. The concept of religiosity, which comes from unconsciousness, is further developed by Frankl, however he associates this ?unconscious religiosity? with a spiritual aspects of an individual. Both authors agree on a fact that religion can affect people in a psychotherapeutic way. First of all in this dissertation I will introduce the researchers in person, their personal and religion attitudes and their psychologies. The crucial chapters will be the ones dealing with Jung?s and Frankl?s psychology of religion. In terms of these chapters, I will also introduce their view on religion in relation to the practical level of psychology, psychotherapy. The purpose of the final chapter is to compare Jung?s and Frankl?s psychology of religion. The data presented in chapters about psychology of religion of both authors will be used. Firstly, I will compare the way how each author understands the role of religion in human life and their view on the connection between religion and meaning of life. Further, Jung?s and Frankl?s concept of religiosity is explored, both conscious and unconscious. At the end, I will compare their attitudes to the relation between religion and psychotherapy and between the medical and clerical care for human soul.
