Generácia Z je diametrálne odlišná od predchádzajúcich generácií. Hovoríme o technicky najbystrejšej generácií všetkých čias. Internet, sociálne siete alebo blogy sú ich život. Zamestnávateľ by preto mal poznať aké sú pre túto generáciu charakteristické črty, ich pozitíva aj negatíva, prípadne silné a slabé stránky.
