Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je komunikace a komunikační bariéry lektora dalšího vzdělávání. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána komunikace a její teoretická východiska, možné způsoby komunikace, komunikační dovednosti, bariéry v komunikaci lektora dalšího vzdělávání a jejich překonávání. The principal theme of my Bachelor thesis is the communication and communications barriers of lectors of further education. This study is divided to a practical and theoretical part. Topics described in a theoretical part are the communication and its theoretical results, communication skills and communication barriers. The Practical part investigates own quantitative research.
