Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na motivační program společnosti a provedla analýzu stávajícího motivačního programu. In my bachelor thesis I foused on the motivation program of the company and analyzed the current motivation program. The theoretikal part deals with the findings refering to moti-vation, types of motivation and motivational theories, as well as the motivation strategy.
