User testing of usability of e-shops
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá testováním použitelnosti uživatelského rozhraní elektronických obchodů. Na základě tohoto testování jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, která mají zlepšit použitelnost. Dále je analyzována použitelnost internetových obchodů mall.cz, kasa.cz a patro.cz.
Abstract:
This work focuses on user testing of usability of e-shops. In terms of testing are shown suggestions and recommendations which should improve usability of e-shops. It also deals with usability of e-shops mall.cz, kasa.cz and patro.cz.
