Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o epiteliálně-mezenchymální tranzici (EMT), která hraje velmi důležitou roli v embryonálním vývoji a procesu kancerogeneze. U epiteliálních typů nádorů dochází k přeměně epiteliálních buněk na buňky mezenchymální. Ty mohou projít skrze bazální membránu a invadovat do krevního řečiště. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which plays an important role in embryonic development and cancerogenesis. Epithelial carcinoma cells transform to mesenchymal cells. Transformed cells can go through basal lamina and invade into the blood vessels.
