Tato diplomová práce se zabývá financováním zdravotnictví v USA. Dané téma bylo zvoleno z důvodu rozsáhlých změn, které se dějí v americkém zdravotnictví. Vláda a ministerstvo zdravotnictví v USA se snaží najít způsob, jak minimalizovat počet nepojištěných obyvatel a zároveň udržet výdaje na přijatelné úrovni. This assignment is focused on the system of financing the health service in the USA. This theme was chosen for reasons of substantial changes that take place in this particular field.
