Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na proces řízení projektu. Zabývá se problematikou projektového řízení, popisuje nástroje a metody k vedení projektu. Praktická část práce popisuje současný stav divize Privátní značky a přináší návrhy na efektivní řízení v jednotlivých krocích procesu. Součástí práce je i zhodnocení navrhovaných opatření.
Abstract:
In my theses, I try to analyze the process management of the Private Label division in the company Hügli Food. My theses deal with various issues connected with the project management in the Private Label division, describe the tools and methods how to establish a functional project management.
