Cílem diplomové práce je vymezit problematiku nákladového controllingu pomocí dostupné české i cizojazyčné literatury, získané poznatky uplatnit v praxi vybraného podnikatelského subjektu, vymezit a zanalyzovat nástroje nákladového controllingu, které podnik využívá a na základě provedeného šetření navrhnout možná zlepšení dané oblasti. The aim of the presented work is to define the issue of cost controlling using available Czech and foreign language literature, to use the acquired knowledge in the practice of a selected business entity, to define and analyze the cost controlling tools used by the company and suggest possible improvements of the given area.
