Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku znaků skutkové podstaty trestného činu podle trestního zákoníku a jejich vymezení v zákoně. V úvodních kapitolách se práce zabývá obecně postavením trestního práva, jeho základními zásadami (zásadou zákonnosti a subsidiarity). This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristic of the facts of the criminal offence according to the Criminal Code. The introduction deals with the concept of criminal law and it's main principles (legality and subsidiarity). It also covers the aspect of "social harmfulness".
