Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení síťové infrastruktury. Na zvolené téma je nahlíženo komplexně, práce se nezaměřuje pouze na technické prostředky, ale řeší i ostatní aspekty programu informační bezpečnosti, bezpečnostní politiku a lidské zdroje. Cílem diplomové práce je projekt, který navrhuje změny síťové infrastruktury v hypotetickém scénáři fiktivní mediální společnosti, které by efektivně navýšily potenciál informační bezpečnosti společnosti. Součástí projektu je doporučení realizace politiky informační bezpečnosti a návrh školení základních principů informační bezpečnosti pro proces vzdělávání zaměstnanců. K projektu je připojen odhad časové náročnosti a specifikace potřebných zdrojů nutných pro jeho realizaci. V projektu jsou použity výhradně produkty a technologie společnosti Cisco Systems, Inc., čímž je za cenu vyšších pořizovacích nákladů dosažena homogenní snadno spravovatelná síťová infrastruktura. Výsledek diplomové práce může sloužit manažerům ICT, zejména CISO, jako základní rámec při zavádění programu informační bezpečnosti v malé až středně velké společnosti.

Abstract:

My thesis focuses on security network infrastructure. The selected topic is dealt with comprehensively. The work focuses not only on the technical means but also on other components of information security program, security policy and human resources. The aim of my thesis is the project that proposes changes of network infrastructure that would effectively increase the potential of information security in a hypothetical scenario of an imaginative media company. An integral part of the project is proposal for information security policy implementation and training of the basic principles of information security for the training process of employees. The estimated timeframe as well as specification of necessary resources for project implementation are enclosed to the project. Only products and technology of the Cisco Systems Company, Inc. are used in the project. Despite higher acquisition costs the resulting network infrastructure is very scalable and easy to maintain. The result of my thesis may be useful for ICT managers, especially CISO as the basic framework for information security program implementation in small to mid-size companies.
