Anotácia:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat poznatky o kriminalistické metodě rekognici a navrhnout případné změny v realizaci a obsahu dané metody. Na základě výsledků rozhovorů s vyšetřovateli zahrnout poznatky do celkového závěru o dané metodě v současnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné znaky rekognice, její definice, povaha a klasifikace. Dále jsou nastíněny právní úpravy rekognice její neodkladnost a neopakovatelnost. Teoretická část je zakončena výběrem některých problémů, vad a nejasností s rekognicí. Praktická část je věnována uživatelskému testování ve formě rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analyzing the knowledge about the criminal method of recognition and suggesting of possible changes in the implementation and contet of this method. Based on the results of interviews with investigators, include the findings in the overal conclusion about the method at present. The theoretical part describes the general features of recognition, its definition, nature and classification. Furthermore, the legal regulations of recognition, its urgency and uniqueness are outlined. The theoretical part ends with a selection of some problems, defects and ambiguities with recognition. The practical part is devoted to user testing in the form of an interview.
