Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na druhé bydlení a jeho vliv na fungování obcí, v tomto případě na území CHKO Kokořínsko. Toto území se řadí mezi oblasti s největším podílem rekreačních objektů k objektům trvale obydleným s převahou chalup. The thesis is focused on second housing and its impact on functioning of a village, in this case, the territory of CHKO Kokořínsko. The territory has one of the highest ratio of recreational buildings to permanently inhabited buildings, most of which are cottages.
