Diplomová práce se zaobírá projektem zlepšení image Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati, a. s. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části - teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou. Záměrem této práce je vyjasnit důležitost firemní image a vylíčit nástroje její tvorby. This thesis discusses a project to improve image of a Tomas Bata Regional Hospital, a. s. The diploma work is divided on the three parts - theoretic, analytic and project. Its goal is to convey the importance of corporate image, and to depict the means used to design it.
