Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme matematickým modelům popisující neurony a jejich spřažení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní pojmy z teorie dynamických systémů a bifurkací, následně je stručně vysvětlen proces kontinuace a Eulerova-Maruyamova metoda. Abstract:
In this thesis we study mathematical models describing neurons and their coupling. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts of dynamical systems theory and bifurcations, followed by a brief explanation of the continuation process and the Euler-Maruyama method.
