Effects of trade unions on the dynamics of employment and unemployment
Abstract:
The main aim of the diploma thesis is determining the influence of trade unions on employment and unemployment rate. To fulfill this aim, there are several data models featured in this thesis, including the dynamic panel model. The utilised models are -- among other things -- based on variables included in the articles and their description is also a part of the thesis.
Abstract:
Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je určenie vplyvu odborov na mieru zamestnanosti a nezamestnanosti. Pre splnenie tohoto cieľa sú v práci využívané rôzne modely, včetne dynamického modelu panelových dát. Využívané modely sú okrem iných zostavené na základe premenných zahrnutých v článkoch, ktorých popis je taktiež súčasťou práce.
