Alternative Sanctions in Criminal Law
Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zpracována s cílem podat pokud možno vyčerpávající a co nejucelenější právní výklad alternativních trestních sankcí, především u dospělých pachatelů trestné činnosti, a zároveň upozornit na klady a zápory nové kodifikace s případnými náměty možných řešení sporných právních problémů de lege ferenda, které u některých nových ustanovení trestního zákoníku nepochybně vzniknou.
Abstract:
The thesis was prepared to give as detailed and as coherent as possible legal interpretation of alternative criminal penalties, especially for adult criminals, as the same time highlight the pros and cons of a new codication with any suggestions de lege ferenda.
