TOOLs of modern management in practice of family business

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá specifiky moderního managementu v praxi rodinné a nerodinné firmy. Budou porovnány pracovní vztahy, způsob řízení konfliktů, komunikace, prezentace hodnot, atd. První část práce bude zaměřena na teoretická východiska, vysvětlení základních pojmů a specifik řízení rodinných a nerodinných podniků. V druhé části bude představena a analyzována rodinná firma, prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů budou rozklíčovány rozdílnosti v přístupu k managementu. Budou navržena řešení či zlepšení konkrétních problémů managementu do praxe analyzovaného rodinného podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about specifics of modern management in practice of family and non-family business. There will be compared work relationships, conflict management, communication, presentation of values, etc. The first part of thesis is focused on teoretical basis, explanation of basic terms and specifics of family/non-family companies modern management. In second part is presented and analysed family company, through the SWOT analyse and semi-structured interview will be spelled out differences in access to management. Solutions or improvements of specific problems will be proposed in the conclusion of this thesis.
