Cílem této práce je analyzovat prvky charakteristické pro virtuální vedení lidí, týmy, spolupráci a technologii, neboť v dnešní době hrají významnou roli ve světe obchodu. Dále je práce zaměřena na přítomné výzvy spojené s virtuálním vedením a faktory, které přispívají k efektivitě virtuálních týmů.
