A map of resuscitated newborn´s treatment with serious asphyxia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Mapa péče o resuscitovaného novorozence s těžkou asfyxií je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o problematice perinatální asfyxie, resuscitaci novorozence, poresuscitační péči a stručně charakterizuje mapy péče ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části jsou zpracovány tři kazuistiky s ošetřovatelskými diagnózami, prostřednictvím kterých je vytvořen plán péče pro porodní den u donošeného novorozence po resuscitaci. Prostřednictvím plánů péče je vytvořen návrh mapy péče pro resuscitovaného, donošeného novorozence s těžkou asfyxií, umístěného na oddělení fyziologických novorozenců. Návrh mapy péče bude sloužit převážně porodním asistentkám pracujících na oddělení fyziologických novorozenců.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on topic A map of resuscitated newborn´s treatment with serious asphyxia is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with perinatal asphyxia, neonatal resustitation, post-resustitation care and briefly characterizes the plans of health care. The practical part presents three case reports with nurse diagnoses, through which is proposed health care for the birth day of full-term newborn after resustitation. Through these health care plans is created draft of Map of care for resustiated full-term newborn with serious asphyxia, who is located in the physiological newborns department. The draft of health care will serve midwives working in the department for physiological newborns.
