Thermography of sacral area in immobilized and partially immobilized patients.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku polohování u imobilních a částečně imoilních pacientů. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí termografie, konkrétně termokamerou Flir i7. Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část nabízí pohled na anatomii a fyziologii kůže, dále na anatomii námi měřené sakrální oblasti. Věnujeme se prevenci chronických ran. Dále jsme se věnovali pojmu termoregulace v lidském těle a na konec termografii, na jakém principu funguje a jaké je její využití v medicíně. Naměřené data v empirické části byly získány pomocí termokamery Flir i7 a následně zpracovány programem Flirtools. Zpracovaná data byly uvedena do tabulek. Bakalářská práce měla za úkol zjistit, jak se teplotně projeví sakrální oblast po noci strávené na zádech. Na základě naměřených výsledků a výzkumu dle Koernera et al. jsme stanovili doporučení pro klinickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on positioning in immobile and partially immobile patients. Data collection was realized by thermography, specially by the thermocamera Flir i7. The bachelor thesis was divided into two parts. The theoretical part offers insight into the anatomy and physiology of the skin and further the anamotomy of sacral areas measured by us. We focus on the prevention of chronic wounds. Furthemore, we deal with the term thermorgulation in the human body and finally the term thermography on what principle works and what is its use in medicine. The measured data in empirical part were obtained by the thermocamera Flir i7 and subsequently processed by the Flirtools program. The processed data were presented in tables. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out how the sacral area will manifest itself after the night spent on the back. Based on the measured results and research according to Koerner et al. we have established recommendations for clinical practise.
