Acute radiation syndrome - current therapeutic possibilities
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis akutní nemoci z ozáření. Tato nemoc je způsobená radiačním zářením a spadá do kategorie tkáňových (deterministických) účinků. Teoretická část práce shrnuje dostupné informace, které popisují vznik, průběh a aktuální možnosti léčby této nemoci. Ve výzkumné části je provedena analýza výsledku klinických studií zaměřených na nové možnosti terapie.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on description of acute radiation syndrome. This sickness is caused by radiation and is within to category of deterministic effects. The thesis summarized available information about the outset, development and current treatment possibilities of disease.
