Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým podnikatelským plánem pro založení a provoz fitness centra "Flexin Fitness" ve městě Slavkov u Brna. Cílem práce je poskytnout autorovi, který má zájem o zahájení tohoto podnikání, komplexní a informovaný základ pro úspěšnou realizaci projektu. Práce je rozdělena do teoretického a praktického segmentu. Teoretický segment obsahuje výklad koncepce podnikatelského plánu a představuje různé možnosti strukturování takového plánu. Je zde podrobně popsána důležitost analýzy trhu, segmentace zákazníků, konkurenční analýzy a finančních projekcí. Tyto teoretické poznatky slouží jako základ pro praktickou část práce. Praktická část zahrnuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro "Flexin Fitness". Prostřednictvím důkladného průzkumu trhu byla identifikována poptávka po fitness službách ve Slavkově u Brna. Analýza konkurence ukázala omezenou nabídku a příležitost pro vytvoření inovativního a vysoce kvalitního fitness centra. Segmentace zákazníků identifikovala cílovou skupinu a představila jejich potřeby a preference. Finanční projekce prokázaly, že Flexin Fitness má potenciál být rentabilním podnikem. Na základě očekávaného počtu zákazníků, cenové politiky a provozních nákladů byly odhadnuty příjmy a výdaje. Výsledky ukazují pozitivní vývoj a návratnost investic v přiměřeném časovém horizontu.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on a strategic business plan for establishing and operating the "Flexin Fitness" gym in the town of Slavkov u Brna. The aim of the thesis is to provide the author, who is interested in starting this business, with a comprehensive and informed foundation for the successful implementation of the project. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical segment. The theoretical segment includes an explanation of the concept of a business plan and presents various options for structuring such a plan. It extensively describes the importance of market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial projections. These theoretical insights serve as the basis for the practical part of the thesis. The practical part encompasses a specific business plan for "Flexin Fitness". Through thorough market research, the demand for fitness services in Slavkov u Brna has been identified. The analysis of the competition has revealed limited offerings and an opportunity to create an innovative and high-quality fitness center. Customer segmentation has identified the target group and presented their needs and preferences. Financial projections have demonstrated that Flexin Fitness has the potential to be a profitable business. Based on the expected number of customers, pricing policy, and operational costs, income and expenses have been estimated. The results indicate a positive development and return on investment within a reasonable time frame.
