Tématem bakalářské práce je Kvalita nabídky služeb vybraných pražských restaurací se zaměřením na španělskou kuchyni. Cílem práce je provést komplexní analýzu vybraných pražských restaurací, jež nabízejí španělskou kuchyni, a následně zhodnotit a porovnat kvalitu jejich služeb. The topic of the Bachelor thesis is Product and service quality of selected Spanish restaurants in Prague. The aim of the work is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of selected Prague restaurants, that offer Spanish cuisine, and subsequently evaluate and compare the quality of their services.
