Modern technologies in hotel services

Abstract:

The dissertetion thesis "Modern Technologies in hotel services" focuses on the research and analysis of the use of modern technologies in the hotel industry. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical, and design. In the theoretical part, basic concepts and the current state of hotel services and technologies are introduced. This section provides an overview of existing technologies and their applications in the hospitality industry. The analytical part deals with an in-depth analysis of the current use and impact of modern technologies on hotel services. Included are case studies, survey research, and data analysis that reveal how technologies are changing the approach to providing and managing hotel services. In the design part, recommendations and strategies for integrating new technologies into hotel services are formulated. This section proposes innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of services, as well as increase guest satisfaction and comfort. This thesis is to identify and analyze current trends in the use of technologies in the hospitality industry and to suggest effective ways of their implementation to improve services. Methods used in the thesis include qualitative and quantitative research methods, including the analysis of secondary data, surveys, and interviews with experts in the field. The conclusion of the thesis emphasizes the importance of technological innovations in the hotel industry and their potential for improving operational efficiency and customer experience. It also points out the need for continuous adaptation of hotel services in a rapidly changing technological environment.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca "Moderné technológie v hotelových službách" sa zameriava na výskum a analýzu využitia moderných technológií v hotelovom priemysle. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí: teoretickej, analytickej a návrhovej. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené základné pojmy a súčasný stav v oblasti hotelových služieb a technológií. Táto časť poskytuje prehľad o existujúcich technológiách a ich aplikáciách v hotelierstve. Analytická časť sa zaoberá hĺbkovou analýzou súčasného využitia a vplyvu moderných technológií na hotelové služby. Zahrnuté sú štúdie prípadov, dotazníkové prieskumy a analýza dát, ktoré odhaľujú ako technológie menia prístup k poskytovaniu a správe hotelových služieb. V návrhovej časti sú formulované odporúčania a stratégie pre integráciu nových technológií do hotelových služieb. Táto časť navrhuje inovatívne riešenia pre zlepšenie kvality a efektivity služieb, ako aj zvýšenie spokojnosti a pohodlia hostí. Cieľom práce je identifikovať a analyzovať súčasné trendy využitia technológií v hotelierstve a navrhnúť efektívne spôsoby ich implementácie pre zlepšenie služieb. Metódy použité v práci zahŕňajú kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne výskumné metódy, vrátane analýzy sekundárnych dát, prieskumov a rozhovorov s odborníkmi v oblasti. Záver práce zdôrazňuje význam technologických inovácií v hotelovom priemysle a ich potenciál pre zlepšenie operatívnej efektivity a zákazníckeho zážitku. Tiež poukazuje na potrebu neustáleho prispôsobovania sa hotelových služieb v rýchlo sa meniacom technologickom prostredí.
