Tématem této diplomové práce je právo rodiče na styk s dítětem v teorii a praxi, kdy cílem práce je prozkoumat dostatečnost právní úpravy, srovnat starou a novou právní úpravu a zhodnotit, jestli zapracování problematických pasáží z praxe bylo efektivní. The topic of diploma thesis is the right of parent to contact child in theory and practice, when the aim of this work is to investigate sufficiency of legal regulations, compare old and present legal form and evaluate if processing of problematic parts is effective.
