Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh vstřikovací formy pro výrobu části světlometu. Vstřikovaným dílem je krytka mlhovky předního světlometu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o polymerech, technologii vstřikování a vstřikovacích formách. V praktické části je vytvořen model krytky a návrh vstřikovací formy. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design an injection mold for production of a headlight. The injection moulded part is a cover of a front fog light. The work is further divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part summarizes polymer properties as well as injection molding technology and injection molds.
