Abstract:

Název této bakalářské práce je Zhodnocení finanční situace konkrétního podniku. V současnosti se pro zhodnocení finanční situace nejvíce využívá finanční analýza. Práci jsem rozdělila do dvou částí. V první části, části teoretické, charakterizuji finanční analýzu, její zdroje a metody výpočtu. V druhé části práce, která se nazývá aplikační část, následně aplikuji získané teoretické znalosti. Nejprve jsem krátce představila zvolený podnik DITA výrobní družstvo invalidů v Táboře. Následně provádím finanční analýzu tohoto podniku v časovém horizontu 5 let., tj. od roku 2010 do roku 2014. Veškerá data, která jsou při výpočtech využívána, čerpám z výkazu zisku a ztráty, rozvahy a výkazu cash flow. V rámci finanční analýzy tohoto podniku provedu vertikální a horizontální analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Realizuji analýzu rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů společně s jejich vyhodnocováním. Poté zpracuji jeden bonitní model a dva modely bankrotní. S jejich pomocí zjistím, zda je podnik ohrožen bankrotem. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku. Při výpočtech jsem odhalila několik slabých stránek podniku, pro které jsem navrhla možná opatření k jejich eliminaci.

Abstract:

The title of this bachelor thesis is: An evaluation of a financial situation of a particular company. Nowadays we mostly use a financial analysis in order to evaluate the financial situation. I divided this thesis into two parts. In the first part, theoretical part, I will characterize financial analysis, its resources and methods of calculation. In the second part, which is called application part, I will apply gained theoretical knowledge. First of all, I have shortly introduced chosen company DITA the production cooperative of disabled people in Tábor. I will perform financial analysis of this company in the time frame of five years then, i.e. from 2010 to 2014. All data that have been used in the calculations, I have drawn from the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. In the financial analysis of this company I will perform a vertical and a horizontal analysis of balance sheet and of profit and loss statement. Then I will implement analysis of differential and financial ratios into practice together with their evaluation. I will make one solvency model and two bankrupting models then. With their help I will discover whether the company is threatened by bankruptcy. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to total assessment of the economic situation of the company. During the calculations I have discovered several weaknesses in the company, for which I have suggested an arrangements to eliminate them.
