Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku společnosti BERGER BOHEMIA a. s. za použití více analytických metod. Práce se zabývá finančním zdravím organizace za určité období. Autor také analyzuje podnikové zdroje, které slouží jako podklad pro metodu VRIO. Tato metoda se snaží vyčlenit takové zdroje, které představují trvale konkurenční výhodu. Dále se v práci provádí …more
